More commercial accounts, without waiting on the next referral.

For commercial service contractors — janitorial, grounds and landscape, facilities, mechanical, electrical, fleet — who sell to businesses, not homeowners.

Book a 15-Minute Call

No commitment, no pitch deck, just a conversation about whether it fits.

The problem

Right now, new work finds you.

Most commercial contractors grow the same three ways: a referral from a happy customer, word of mouth between property managers, and whoever happens to call in.

That isn't a system. It's luck with good timing. It works right up until the referrals slow down, and then the calendar goes quiet and there's nothing in the pipeline behind it.

The contractors who keep growing are the ones talking to buildings that have never heard of them yet — every week, whether or not anybody referred them.

How it works

Four steps. That's the whole thing.

  1. Identify the target facilitiesEvery building, campus, and fleet in your service area that buys what you sell.
  2. Find the actual decision-makerThe property manager, facility director, or owner who signs the contract.
  3. Run consistent, professional outreachSent in your name, every week, without you touching it.
  4. Book appointments on your calendarYou show up to the meeting. That's your part.
Who I am

I work on a shop floor, not in a marketing agency.

My name is Fernando Pinillos. I help run my family’s commercial screen printing and embroidery shop outside Charleston — 15,000 sq ft, a team of ten. I handle operations and everything on the technical side.

I know what it costs when the phone doesn't ring. Payroll doesn't care how last quarter went.

I built this to fill our own pipeline. It worked. Now I'm offering it to other companies with the same problem.

You’ve been pitched by plenty of agencies. I’m not one. I’m in a shop every day, dealing with the same things you are.
Fit

This isn't for everybody.

A good fit

  • Commercial and industrial service companies selling to other businesses
  • Recurring contracts, not one-off jobs
  • Crews and capacity to take on more accounts right now

Not a fit

  • Residential-only companies working out of homeowners' driveways
  • Anyone already booked solid with a waiting list
Straight answers

What you're probably wondering.

What happens if it doesn't work?

You tell me and we stop. You're not signing a year-long contract, and I'd rather lose the work than argue with a guy who isn't getting appointments.

Is this spam?

No. It's business-to-business outreach to named people at real facilities, sent under your company name, with your real address and a way to opt out. Same message you'd send yourself if you had the time.

How much of my time does it take?

About an hour up front so I understand what you sell and who you want to reach. After that, you show up to the appointments.

Does it work in my trade?

If you sell recurring service to buildings, campuses, or fleets, the buyer is the same kind of person no matter what's on your truck. If you're not sure, say so on the call and I'll tell you straight.

Let's find out if this fits.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you on the call.
